JOHN T. DIERKSEN​

John T. Dierksen is a member of Reagan Burrus’ transactional practice group. John’s area of practice focuses on a variety of real estate transactions including (i) the representation of purchasers and sellers of retail centers, industrial facilities, office buildings, hotels, multifamily developments and farms and ranches, (ii) the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing, (iii) the representation of entities in the development of unimproved land, (iv) entity selection and formation, (v) real estate finance, (vi) property management, (vii) the representation of purchasers and sellers in connection with the sale of businesses and (viii) representation of clients in connection with groundwater rights.
