RACHEL A. LEIER

Rachel is a partner at Reagan Burrus. She has a broad base of legal experience, having represented clients in thousands of transactional and litigated matters over the course of 20 years. Rachel has represented financial institutions, governmental agencies, insurance companies, owners’ associations, small businesses, and individuals in transactional and litigated business and real estate matters, including bankruptcy and appellate proceedings. Rachel prides herself on her ability to analyze and pare down complex legal issues in a manner that enables her clients to make the best, most informed decisions. Rachel is licensed to practice law in Texas and Ohio.
